The bespoke CPD annual programme, consisting of three one-day events and an inspirational twilight session, enables practitioners to support and improve outcomes for young children. The wide variety of sessions included: physical development, enhancing children’s communication and language skills, improving outcomes for children at risk of disadvantage and boosting communication, language and literacy through movement, and many more.
"The Early Year’s Annual Programme is excellent value for money. My Early Years team have benefitted enormously. They have made changes to daily provision which has had a direct impact on pupil progress and increasing numbers of pupils are predicted to achieve a good level of development. The training provided has been engaging and lively and practitioners have been enthused to put in place their learning.” said Damien Johnston, Headteacher, Margaret Wix Primary School.
